Refund policy

At ZUMA, every product is custom-made to order just for you. 
Because of this, we have a limited return policy.

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer.
- Order cancellations after production has started.

We DO accept returns or offer a full refund ONLY if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- The item received is different from what was ordered.

How to Request a Return:

Include the following:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
